The NAA Education Institute announces February 2010 as the first-ever National Apartment Careers Month. This declaration is set to address the clear need to attract and nurture a pipeline of new talent to the apartment industry.

Apartment Careers Month also encourages hiring personnel, whether they are onsite managers or corporate human resources managers, to evaluate this raw talent more effectively, exploring core competencies and not just looking for previous apartment industry experience.
