If you did not attend the 2010 Maintenance Mania^® National Championship, you missed a fantastic event! David Garcia of Van Rooy Properties and the Indiana Apartment Association, is the 2010 Maintenance Mania® National Champion, with a grand total time of 2:05.009. Herb Harr and Enrique Alarcon, also of Van Rooy Properties, took second and third place with scores of 2:05.453 and 2:19.945, respectively. This is the first time in Maintenance Mania® history that all top winners represented the same association and management company. Additionally, the scores achieved by the top three winners are the fastest ever.

Also, the Maintenance Mania^® National Championship received unprecedented news coverage this year. Finalist Angel Munoz was featured in a story in The News Tribune and again on a morning news show in Seattle. More recently, the ABC affiliate in New Orleans (WGNO) did a four-segment story on “Good Morning New Orleans” featuring six of the finalists (David Garcia, Herb Harr and Enrique Alarcon from Indiana, Tony Cintron from Jersey, Lannon Quintana from Metro Denver and Chad Crawford from Lubbock).
